**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor the contractor’s activities during cold storage installation.
- Ensure all work is executed as per company specifications, quality standards, and agreed scope.
- Coordinate between the company and the contractor to clarify requirements and resolve issues on-site.
- Track daily progress of installation and maintain proper site records.
- Report to management on site activities, deviations, and concerns.
- Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained by all personnel.
- Provide on-ground support to ensure project timelines are met.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent hands-on site experience.
- Prior experience in supervising industrial/commercial installation projects (cold storage/refrigeration experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting specifications/drawings.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with contractors and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to be stationed full-time at the client site for the project duration.

**Contract Terms**:

- Temporary role, valid for the duration of the installation project
- Payment at the conclusion of the work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 30 days

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
