Front Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them to the respective department
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned by the CEO, travel arrangements, schedules meeting etc.
- Supervise office peons and housekeeping staff the manage the HK supplies
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Must be extremely detailed, organized, able to work under pressure and meet all deadlines.
- Able to think on your own and problem solve when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including (Word, Excel, Outlook) required and ERP systems.
- Flexible and positive disposition
- Ability to articulate viewpoints and present information concisely and accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
- Excellent in communication, and project management skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft office/ Excel/PPT etc
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
