**Business Development Executive - interior Design**

**Job Responsibility**

Should be experienced in Interior Designing Sales with knowledge of designing, engineering, dimensions, materials, color, etc. Must have Basic CAD drawing knowledge as well

Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship - building, and business development activities.

Attend the Lead. Building business relations with current and potential customers. Initiate outbound callings to connect with potential customers.

Knowledge & Experience in Large Residential Projects and Commercial Projects.

Be part of the Project Team at pitching stage and endeavor to bring the interaction to a positive closure

Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of New Client Acquisition, number of projects and value. Also build a robust pipeline of Business Leads.

Prospect and acquire new clients. Identify, evaluate and implement new lucrative business propositions.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Must have experience working with an interior designing firm.

**Skills**

Must have good knowledge on Interior Designing, engineering, dimensions, materials, color, etc.

Must have Basic CAD drawing knowledge

Willingness to work under time pressure and visit to the customer location.

Ability to work well within a team of other professionals

Who can speak Kannada, Hindi & English.

**Education & Experience**

At least 3 years of Interior Designing Sales experience

Any Graduate in Any Specialization

**Location**: Whitefield, Bangalore

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
