**Supervising and Coordinating**: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lab, including planning work, guiding team members, and managing workflow.
- **Ensuring Safety**: Implementing and enforcing laboratory safety programs, ensuring staff are trained on safety procedures, and addressing safety concerns.
- **Maintaining Equipment**: Ensuring proper maintenance, calibration, and operation of lab equipment.
- **Managing Resources**: Overseeing the use and inventory of laboratory supplies, reagents, and equipment.
- **Training and Development**: Providing training and mentorship to laboratory staff on procedures, techniques, and safety protocols.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and conducting quality control activities.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyzing data, generating reports, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results.
- **Problem Solving**: Identifying and resolving technical problems and non-conformances.
- **Communication**: Serving as a liaison between the laboratory and other departments or external organizations.
- **Staff Management**: May be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Freshers are preferred.
- Age limit 20 - 35 only.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,498.03 - ₹29,987.07 per month

Schedule:
