Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries about fabric, design, and pricing.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate section or sales team member.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments for personalized consultations, fittings, or styling sessions.
- Maintain an organized calendar for appointments and communicate schedules to staff.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth store operations.
- Handle customer billing and generate invoices accurately using Tally software.
- Ensure all transactions are completed quickly and efficiently.
- Process payments through various methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI
- Reconcile daily cash and card transactions and generate sales reports.
- Record sales entries and maintain accurate financial records in Tally.
- Update and manage inventory details in the system to reflect current stock.
- Resolve billing-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability during the billing process.
- Notify management about low stock levels or discrepancies in records.
