**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Service Operations**:

- Perform on-site servicing, maintenance, and support for lithium-ion batteries and chargers.
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- **In-House Repairs and Testing**:

- Conduct in-house diagnosis, repair, and testing of battery packs and chargers.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely repair and quality standards are met.
- **Technical Understanding**:

- Handle tools and diagnostic equipment with accuracy and care.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Hands-on experience or familiarity with **lithium-ion battery technology** is highly preferred
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and follow standard procedures
