As a Compensation Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of the collaborative team at Giant Eagle. You’ll bring your skill and expertise to process specific business processes to ensure compliance with FLSA, applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements, and the company’s business practices.

- ** About Giant Eagle Bangalore**:** The Giant Eagle GCC in Bangalore is our global capability center. Our team of more than 250 members at the GCC enables us to expand internal capabilities in the areas such as data analytics, merchandising and eCommerce, quality engineering, and automation to generate insights for faster decision-making and helping us accelerate our business strategy. **Responsibilities**:

- ** Administer Giant Eagle Job and ad-hoc Compensation changes for Retail Leadership in a timely and accurate manner, while monitoring internal and external compensation data, to ensure transactions are in compliance with all federal and state regulations, applicable CBAs, and the Company’s business practices.**:

- ** Maintain accurate transactional data documentation in sharepoint.**:

- ** Prepare and deliver applicable job and compensation change letters to appropriate business leaders.**:

- ** Create positions in the applicable supervisory organizations, as needed, to facilitate job changes.**:

- ** Submit Dual Manager begin/end assignment requests in conjunction with job changes, as needed.**:

- ** Submit data corrections for job and compensation changes, as needed.**:

- ** Conduct audits and take actions to ensure internal job designations of Certified Trainer, Acting Leader, and Bench Leader are accurate and up to date.**:

- ** Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated, work independently, and adapt in a fast-changing work environment. Organize time and schedule to ensure all daily and weekly metrics are met.**:

- ** Assist with miscellaneous and/or special projects for the Compensation team, as directed.**:
