**Role Summary**

**Main Responsibilities**

Managing and developing business to both new and existing account base and also establish long-term partnerships across Africa and other continental countries.

To be proactive in constantly identifying sales opportunities with existing customers and new/potential partners.

To be profit focused and numerate - sales must achieve the gross profit margin requirement of the business.

To be able to identify problems, analyses information and develop solutions to challenges.

To research and prepare suitable product presentations for buyers

Reviewing your own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets

Receiving Export Enquiry, taking rates from lines, Quoting to the buyers for Enquiries and Follow -up.

Handling the end to End Import consignment, import Costing till payment.

Handling end to end Export Queries and Complaints

**Skills Required**:
A good level of English and Math's, both written and verbal.

Be proactive, enthusiastic, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, initiative, and be self-motivated with an attention to detail.

Have a confident telephone manner, especially with customers for whom English may not be a first language.
