**Role Description**:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our real estate marketing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business, managing relationships with clients, and driving property sales. This role requires a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule site visits.
- Coordinate and organize site visits for potential clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Effectively demonstrate and showcase our real estate products to visitors, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Provide personalized and consultative guidance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, property types, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license ,a reliable vehicle and a smartphone is mandatory.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus.
