**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
- Update customer information and log interactions into the CRM system.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass.
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
- **Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- **6 months - 11 months**: ₹3.97 LPA (₹25,589 in-hand).
- **1 year - 17 months**: ₹4.92 LPA (₹28,905 in-hand).
- **18+ months**: ₹6.01 LPA (₹32,010 in-hand).

- **Shift**: Rotational (including night shifts).
