**Customer Relationship Manager - Tech Events**

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Customer Relationship Manager** who can build strong client relationships and ensure seamless experiences at tech events. If you’re passionate about events, tech, and exceptional customer service, we want you on our team
**What You’ll Do**
- Be the go-to person for clients, sponsors, and exhibitors.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored event solutions.
- Work with sales, marketing, and event teams for flawless execution.
- Gather feedback to enhance future events.
- Drive engagement, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Quickly resolve client concerns and ensure top-notch service.
- Maintain CRM records for seamless client interactions.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or related field.
- Experience in customer relations, account management, or event management (preferably tech-related).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for events.
