**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
- Support pre-employment documentation, background checks, and onboarding activities.
- Assist the recruitment team in organizing hiring drives, job fairs, and internal referral programs.
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a recruitment-focused role.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ATS is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with professionalism.
