**Position**: MIS Executive
**Location**:Sarigam,Gujarat
**Experience Required**: 2 to 3 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stock Report Management**:

- Maintain and update stock reports regularly.
- Reconcile stock data to ensure accuracy.
- Generate periodic stock analysis and reports for management review.
- **Excel Expertise**:

- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting for efficient data management and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting standards.
- **Factory Visits**:

- Visit the factory 2-3 times a month to verify stock records and address discrepancies.
- Coordinate with factory teams for on-ground stock verification and updates.
- **Coordination with Store Department**:

- Collaborate with the store department to ensure smooth data sharing and accurate stock updates.
- Address stock-related queries and discrepancies effectively.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Organize and maintain all stock-related records systematically.
- Support internal audits and compliance requirements by providing relevant data and reports.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel with strong command over functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and adhere to deadlines.
