**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with senior management. Monitor financial performance against budgeted targets and provide regular reports and analysis.
- **Tax Compliance**: Manage tax planning and compliance activities, including filing of income tax returns, GST/VAT returns, and other statutory filings. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- **Audit Management**: Coordinate external audits and ensure timely completion of audit processes. Address audit queries and implement recommendations for improvement.
- **Internal Controls**: Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records. Conduct periodic internal audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, such as investment evaluations, cost-benefit analysis, and profitability analysis. Provide recommendations based on financial insights.
- **Cash Management**: Manage cash flow and liquidity requirements to ensure adequate funding for operational needs and investment opportunities. Monitor banking activities and optimize cash balances.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Reporting**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws. Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
- **Advisory and Consultation**: Provide financial guidance and support to management on business initiatives, investment decisions, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).**:

- years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
