Location: Bangalore ( Work from office)

**Job Summary**

The primary purpose of this role is to complete key tactical activities in support of the successful delivery of the Information Security Awareness and Training program. This includes supporting the team in building an information security culture at company by helping in conducting awareness and training activities/ events, creating communications for company-wide circulation, and tracking and monitoring metrics for the awareness.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Keep abreast of social engineering trends and attacks, and monitor industry guidance and best practices and make recommendations for socialization.
- Assist in conduct of maturity assessment and work towards continual maturity to enhance program.

**Skill Set Required**
- Experience in assisting on design and development of information security awareness and training programs using instructional design principles.
- Good understanding of information security principles, best practices, and emerging threats.
- Hands on experience in creating engaging and visually appealing training materials using various media formats, such as presentations, videos, posters, newsletters, intranet and web platforms, social media platforms, digital signages and e-learning modules etc.
- Knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Vyond or similar industry standard tools.
- Work experience and proficiency in creating webpages and intranet pages on SharePoint.
- Proven experience in developing awareness content and managing presentations and facilitation sessions delivering engaging training, both in
- person and through online platforms.
- Should have capability to engage attendees and ensure that programs are impactful, dynamic, interesting and though provoking.
- Experience in gamification techniques including Puzzles, Crosswords, Wordsearch, Quizzes etc. on information security themes.
- Analytical and data visualization skills using MS Excel, Power BI etc.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to engage employees to enhance program effectiveness.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to build relationships, and to effectively convey complex security concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar in English language.
- Track record of acting with integrity, being inquisitive, adaptable, and effective team player.
- Self-motivated, well-organized and strong work ethic with attention to details.
- Ability to adapt, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment with occasional guidance.
- Continual feedback, timely communication, escalation and tracking of high priority issues with minor supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
