**Job Role: Graphic Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Branding**:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, banners, and course materials.
- Ensure all designs align with the institute’s branding guidelines.
- **AI-Based SEO Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize visual content for search engines using AI-based tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Sensei, or similar).
- Design SEO-friendly infographics, thumbnails, and other visual assets to enhance online visibility.
- **Video Creation and Editing**:

- Create and edit engaging video content for promotional campaigns, social media, and course tutorials.
- Use video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) to produce high-quality videos.
- **Website and Social Media Graphics**:

- Design and update website graphics, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create eye-catching social media visuals to boost engagement and reach.
- **Collaboration and Innovation**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and video editing techniques to deliver innovative solutions.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Experience with AI-based design tools and video creation/editing is a strong advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of AI-based SEO tools for design optimization.
- Strong video editing skills and familiarity with video editing software.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
