We are looking for a **compassionate, skilled, and experienced Behaviour Therapist** to join our multidisciplinary team.

**What You’ll Do**
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with children
- Support **neurodiverse children** (autism, ADHD, sensory processing needs, learning difficulties) through personalised behaviour intervention plans.
- Deliver **online therapy sessions** effectively, ensuring engagement and progress.
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and our multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, Special Educators).
- Track progress, adjust strategies, and provide regular updates to parents and schools.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Psychology**:

- **RCI certification** preferred.
- Minimum **2 years of hands-on experience** working with neurodiverse children.
- Experience supporting children with **emotional or behavioural challenges due to trauma**.
- Strong ability to build trust, empathy, and rapport with children and families.
- Skilled in **online/teletherapy delivery** with engaging session techniques.
