**Required Education: Diploma or any Graduation with min 3 to 5 Years Experience as Sales Coordinator Profile in any Capital Goods Industry.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a point of contact between the Sales team, customers, and internal departments (Design, Production, Accounts, and Service).
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and assist in tender documentation.
- Maintain and update customer databases, enquiry registers, and sales reports.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with the Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to track order status and delivery schedules.
- Assist in follow-up for order confirmations, payment collection, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with clients for order updates, machine readiness, inspection schedules, and dispatch arrangements.
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the Design and Accounts teams.
- Organize and maintain records of client communications, quotations, orders, and contracts.
- Assist in planning exhibitions, customer visits, and marketing activities.
- Maintain after-sales support coordination with the service department for installations, breakdown calls, and AMC renewals.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organizational, coordination, and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with sales documentation processes including quotations, POs, and invoicing.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and customer-centric approach.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Graduate / Diploma** in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
