**E-commerce Executive**

**Job Overview**: An E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the presence of a business or brand on various online marketplaces like Myntra, Amazon, Etsy and Shopify etc This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, enhance visibility, and ensure a positive customer experience across third-party e-commerce platforms.

**Product Listing and Optimization**:

- Create and manage product listings on different marketplaces, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Optimize product listings for search visibility within each marketplace.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is always up-to-date, user-friendly, and responsive.

**Online Marketing**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and sales performance.

**Inventory and Order Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and manage order fulfilment processes.

**Vendor and Partnership Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure product availability and quality

**Compliance and Policy Adherence**:

- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, rules, and regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in marketplace algorithms and requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing online marketplace operations.
- Minimum 1.5 years in a relevant role or equivalent internships/academic projects.

**Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of online marketplaces and their operational dynamics.
- Familiarity with marketplace algorithms and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail in managing product information and listings.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and inventory management systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing marketplace trends and policies.
