**1. Accounts Finalization & Financial Reporting**:

- Oversee the finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and statutory timelines.
- Review trial balance, ledger scrutiny, and ensure all provisions and accruals are recorded properly.
- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits, ensure timely closure with no major audit remarks.

**2. Costing & Inventory Control**:

- Supervise and verify metal stock accounting (gold/silver) and ensure reconciliation with physical stock.
- Review cost sheets, job work charges, labour and wastage calculations in coordination with the production and dispatch departments.
- Maintain cost control and variance analysis reports to support management decisions.

**3. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management**:

- Oversee vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure timely payments and collections as per agreed credit terms.
- Review aging analysis and follow up for overdue accounts with the sales team.

**4. Taxation & Compliance**:

- Ensure timely and accurate GST filing (GSTR1, GSTR3B, ITC04, GSTR9) and TDS returns.
- Handle income tax assessments, ROC filing, and other statutory compliances in coordination with consultants.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and implement compliance measures accordingly.

**5. Banking & Financial Coordination**:

- Coordinate with banks for loan renewals, submission of stock and financial statements, and fund management.
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers efficiently.
- Prepare and submit monthly stock statements and loan utilization reports to banks.

**6. Team Management & Internal Controls**:

- Supervise and guide the accounts team in daily accounting, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls and ensure adherence to company SOPs.

Train and upskill the accounts team for better efficiency and accuracy.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
