Staff Nurse

**Reports To**: Nursing In-charge / Nursing Superintendent

**Job Summary**:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and efficient nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols, nursing standards, and medical guidelines. The role requires working in **rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night)** to ensure 24×7 patient care services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide bedside nursing care, monitor patient vitals, and administer medications.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Ensure proper documentation of nursing care, patient records, and reports.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Educate patients and attendants on treatment, discharge care, and follow-up.
- Handle emergencies and critical patient care with prompt response.
- Maintain stock of medicines, consumables, and equipment in the ward.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and support smooth ward operations.

**Qualifications & Education**:

- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing
- Valid Registration with the State Nursing Council

**Experience**:

- 0-3 years (Freshers may apply; prior hospital/clinical experience preferred)

**Work Schedule**:

- **Rotational Shifts**: Morning / Evening / Night (including weekends & holidays)

**Salary**:

- As per hospital policy / Market standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
