**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Data Management and Analysis:

- Collect, compile, and analyze operational data from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
- Develop data visualization tools, charts, and graphs to present information in a clear and concise manner.

2. MIS Reporting:

- Create and maintain comprehensive MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of MIS reports to aid decision-making processes.

3. Process Optimization:

- Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Use data analysis to recommend and implement process changes that lead to cost savings, reduced errors, and increased productivity.

4. Resource Allocation and Planning:

- Assist in resource allocation by analysing historical and projected data to determine staffing, inventory, and equipment requirements.
- Contribute to budget planning and monitoring through data-driven insights.

5. Quality Control and Assurance:

- Work closely with quality assurance teams to analyse operational data and identify opportunities to improve product or service quality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control measures.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and customer service to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Communicate insights and findings through regular meetings, presentations, and reports.

7. Continuous Learning and Skill Enhancement:

- Stay updated with the latest Excel functions, data analysis techniques, and MIS tools to maintain expertise in the field.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team to foster a culture of learning.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, data analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Prior experience in process optimization and quality control is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
