Working closely with our CEO and a team of talented instructional designers, you would be a key producer of training modules that engages and upskills our audience who are working professionals in MNCs. As the Content Developer for APEX Global, you’ll be responsible for the following duties: - Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop training modules - Conceptualize, create, and structure training modules/activities for ILT, elearning that drives learning and retention amongst audience. - Interact on a daily basis with international clients to gather their training needs and develop training modules to their satisfaction. - Actively support the team on actual training days and ensure customer satisfaction - Create compelling training aids like quick reference cards, posters, guides to enable learner excellence - Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
