**Job Overview**

As a Social Media Expert & Content Creator, you'll be responsible for:

- Designing and executing social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Creating original, engaging, and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, creatives, videos).
- Managing and optimizing paid campaigns to generate brand awareness, quality leads, and conversions.
- Engaging with online communities by responding to comments, queries, and messages.
- Monitoring analytics, generating reports, and improving campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Staying ahead of trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital content.
- Collaborating with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure unified brand messaging.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1.5 - 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation. Proven track record of running successful paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with design/editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editors.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and creativity to bring fresh campaign ideas.
- A team player's spirit with the drive to make content that connects and converts.
