Executive - Warehouse

1. Adhere to cGMP norms and safety regulations in the factory.

2. Accurately dispense materials and chemicals required for plant operations, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

3. Issue packing materials as needed, maintaining proper segregation, and logging according to SOPs.

4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and SOPs.

5. Manage inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and dispensing tools, ensuring sufficient stock levels.

6. Monitor material segregation, storage, and perform physical stock verification and reconciliation as per SOPs.

7. Maintain housekeeping and organization in cool and cold rooms, ensuring proper material arrangement and logging according to SOPs.

8. Monitor the storage and issuance of catalysts, ensuring proper handling and documentation.

9. Properly manage and dispose of expired, rejected, or non-moving materials following safety and regulatory guidelines.

10. Accurately issue various cylinders as required, following safety procedures.

11. Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by the Department Head.
