**Your role**
- Do you want to be part of a major digital transformation initiative that will revolutionise post trade processing at UBS Investment Bank? Are you passionate about using DevOps tooling and implementation as a driver for development cycle improvements through automation? Do you agree Continuous Deployment is a necessity rather than an optional requirement?
- We
- re looking for a DevOps Engineer to:
- work in tight collaboration with delivery teams to ensure delivery needs are met with central engineered tooling
- integrate infrastructure provisioning and management tooling for both prem and cloud infrastructure
- maintain CI/CD pipelines and environments
- automate SDLC processes towards Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment
- monitor CI system infrastructure scalability, stability and availability
- automate quality checks within CI pipelines
- manage infrastructure and tools implemented for automated security needs
- review and maintain risk profiles and implemented controls to assure control effectiveness
- automate release management processes and tools

- You’ll be working as part of the Operations IT Technology team in the Investment Bank. You will be part of a highly motivated and talented group where innovation in not only encouraged but expected Working closely with development teams to develop best in class solutions alongside cross-team collaboration with like-minded experts is the UBS definition of the new normal.

**Your expertise**
- Essential:
- Basic bash scripting
- Docker, Kubernetes, AKS (or equivalent)
- DevOps Automation
- Chef, Ansible (or equivalent)
- git
- strong hands-on development experience on Core Java, Collections with 8-10 years of experience.
- extensive experience on Java 8 Streams, Spring Framework (Core / Boot / Integration)
- good knowledge of Design Patterns, Messaging, Rest API and Distributed Architecture

Nice to have:
- Advanced bash scripting
- Other scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Perl, etc.)
- GitLab Administration
- Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing Platform
- Azure DevOps Services
- Helm, Terraform
