Are you passionate about sustainability, circular fashion, thrifting, and creating impact through innovation? We are on a mission to revolutionize secondhand fashion and têxtile waste recovery, and we’re looking for a Startup Founder & CEO to help build this venture from the ground up.

We are building more than just a marketplace for preloved clothes—we’re here to change the way people shop, think, and act when it comes to fashion. We’re empowering thrift stores, têxtile recovery facilities, and individuals to reshape fashion consumption. **This is your company—you will be the founder and CEO.**

**About Enviu**:
Enviu is a non-profit venture-building studio founded in 2004, focused on creating a better world by pioneering circular solutions for global environmental and social challenges. Enviu Textiles specifically aims to transform the têxtile industry into a circular and fair system by reducing waste, extending têxtile lifecycles, and promoting sustainable production through value chain collaboration.

**What You’ll Bring**

**Entrepreneur?**We are looking for an entrepreneur/early-hire who has built something in the secondhand clothing space. A visionary eager to build, experiment, and grow a purpose-driven startup.

**Fundraising Sorcery?**You'll conjure up investor interest like pulling rabbits from a hat, but with more spreadsheets and less fluff. You'll craft pitches that make VCs weep (tears of joy, obviously) and turn angel investors into devoted fans.

Experienced in one or more of the key areas:

- **Technology**: If you love building and scaling products, this is your playground.
- ** Marketing**:You’ll craft and execute creative marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, build brand love, and get the venture buzzing in the right circles.
- **Community Building**: You’ll connect buyers, sellers, and sustainability advocates, creating an engaged ecosystem where secondhand fashion thrives.

**What We’ll Do Together**

Co-create a solution for the second hand têxtile waste problem, ensuring a scalable and impactful business model.

Create pitch deck, build investor interest & raise funds to scale this venture into an unicorn

Build a thriving community of fashion lovers who care about sustainability.

Get out there—talk to thrift store owners, têxtile recyclers, and real people to make the venture truly work for them.
