**We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist)**

**Location**: Indore (Onsite)
**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year (Upwork bidding - IT Services)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate international IT leads exclusively **via Upwork**.
- Write high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear technical points.
- Handle the **end-to-end bidding process** from lead discovery to closure.
- Communicate with global clients as per their time zones (flexible timings).
- Coordinate with internal teams for requirement clarity and project scope.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum **1 year experience** in Upwork bidding for IT services.
- Strong understanding of web & mobile development services.
- Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple bids and follow-ups professionally.
- Strong understanding of client requirements and project scoping.

**How to Apply**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
