1)To assist in Personnel & HR department functions of Chandra Hyundai & branches and ensure no deviations from company policies and procedures.

2)To be responsible for daily Attendance maintenance & closure of Head Office, Attendance Register entry and management, Leave Card entry & safekeeping.

3)Record daily late coming of employees manually, generate Late Coming Report once in 15 days and submit the same to Manager Personnel; communicate the comments by Management to the concerned HODs and record & document the same for future reference.

4)To ensure monitoring of employee leave days, to take immediate action in case of continuous absence of more than 3 days from duty, identify the reason for absence and communicate the same to the HR for further action

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
