**Position: Project Coordinator**

**Location: Vikroli - Mumbai**

Matoshree Ngo is a reputed NGO working in the field of education, digital literacy, and women empowerment, for the last 23 years, requires a Project Coordinator for the women’s skill training Centre to manage a skill development project in Thane

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROJECT COORDINATOR**
- Manage day-to-day activities of the skill-training center.
- Designing an individualized education plan for targeted beneficiaries
- Preparing and imparting study skills to participants for the term in assessment
- Conducting special sessions on different topics as and when requires in the community
- Maintain all education reports/records of the participants assigned by the management
- Developing/ making/resources/teaching aids for targeted beneficiaries
- Use special equipment and facilities such as smart TV, audio-visual materials and computers to stimulate interest in learning
- Coordinate with the master trainer of the skill training center to define appropriate activities for the participants in relation to the curriculum
- Conduct monthly workshops and special lectures on different development topics when requires.
- Conducting sensitization sessions for spreading awareness of special needs within mainstream classes
- Ensure to provide the best quality/skills to the beneficiaries
- Assisting in Monitoring and Evaluation of the ongoing running centre
- Take an active part in community mobilization for the outreach program
- Maintain all records of students, staff members, stock, expenditure etc.
- Any other work assigned by the management

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**REMUNERATION**: Rs 14000/-pm to 17000/
