Roles and Responsibilities

Good Knowledge of Patent Prosecution.

Good Drafting skills.
- Well-versed with Searches patentability/FTO/Invalidation/Infringement
- Well-versed with paid databases for performing searches
- Drafting responses to Office Actions/Examination Reports responses Indian FERs or US/EP Office Actions or from other jurisdictions
- Developing strategies to respond to various objections/rejections in the Examination Reports / Office Action from various jurisdictions
- Attending/ Assisting in Hearings conducted by the Indian Patent Office
- Drafting Written Submissions to the Hearing attended/assisted.

**Skill Set Requirements**:

- Sound technology understanding and strong analytical skills
- Excellent Communication Skills Verbal and Written
- Excellent comprehension skills and ability to learn quickly
- Sound knowledge/fundamentals on patentability criteria, Unity of Inventions, Scope of claim protection, and Infringement.

**Salary**: ₹329,844.17 - ₹729,875.36 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
