Creative Designer - Digital Advertising Specialist (0-3 Years Experience)

In this role, you'll be instrumental in bringing our clients' brands to life across major digital platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing and client teams to conceptualize and produce high-performing visual assets that capture attention and drive results.

**What you'll do**:

- Design and produce compelling ad banners (static and animated), video ads, and other creative marketing assets for platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Translate marketing objectives and campaign strategies into practical and visually appealing designs.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing strategists to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Stay current with design trends, digital advertising best practices, and platform requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

**What we're looking for**:

- 0-3 years of experience in creative design, specifically with a focus on digital advertising assets.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work in banner design, video ads, and other marketing creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout for digital media.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and how design impacts performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs effectively.
- **Bonus Points**: Any experience with AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) is a significant plus.
