Associate Admin/ Admin Executive

**Job Summary**
This position will be responsible to support staff and provide administrative support to the executive in a professional and timely manner.
Job Location - Hyderabad
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Ensure general management of the office
- office upkeep, filing, warmly greeting the guests etc.
- Primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Perform all general administrative duties.
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Arrange flight bookings travel, hotel & dining arrangements.
- Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Minimum qualification - Graduate from a relevant stream
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/similar tools.
- Soft spoken
**Important**
- 5 days working
- Job Type - Regular(on company's rolls) + Work from office
- Compensation Per the industry standards
