Remote Accounting Intern

Location: Work from Home

Stipend : INR 5000 per month

**Responsibilities**:
Virtual Financial Data Management:
Accurately input financial data into our remote accounting system.

Ensure data accuracy and adherence to established virtual work protocols.

Remote Assistance for Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Collaborate virtually on processing invoices, payments, and receipts.

Work with the remote finance team to maintain meticulous records.

Virtual Bank Reconciliation:
Virtually reconcile bank statements and address any discrepancies.

Maintain a virtual ledger of financial transactions and report irregularities.

Remote Support for Month-End Closing:
Contribute remotely to month-end financial closing activities.

Prepare virtual financial reports and summaries for review.

Virtual Budget Oversight:
Collaborate virtually on tracking and monitoring budget expenditures.

Assist in virtual variance analysis and reporting.

Remote Assistance in Audit Preparation:
Prepare documentation for internal and external virtual audits.

Support the virtual audit process with well-organized financial records.

General Administrative Tasks - Virtually:
Provide virtual administrative support to the finance team.

Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles.

Proficient in virtual collaboration tools, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
