Social Media Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:

- Design original, visually compelling graphics and illustrations for social media posts.
- Develop engaging content strategies that align with the brand's identity.
- Collaborate with other creatives for multimedia content, including text, images, and videos.
- **Artistic Contributions**:

- Create hand-drawn or digital artwork to add a personal, artistic touch to campaigns.
- Infuse creativity into visual storytelling through innovative designs and layouts.
- Develop concept art for promotional events, merchandise, or campaigns.
- **Voiceovers**:

- Provide professional voiceovers for video content, advertisements, or explainer videos.
- Adapt voice tone and style to suit the brand's audience and campaign objectives.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
- Enhance videos with custom animations, effects, and artistic transitions.
- Optimize content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Respond to comments and direct messages to maintain audience engagement.
- **Creative Campaign Development**:

- Conceptualize and execute artistic themes and campaigns for brand promotions.
- Incorporate trending artistic styles into social media posts and stories.
- Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and designers.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and content.
- Generate reports and propose creative adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
- **Trends & Competitor Research**:

- Stay updated on trends in social media, art, and digital marketing.
- Analyze competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and artistic design.
- Strong artistic skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Procreate.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent voice modulation and clarity for voiceovers.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields.
