**Job Title**: Senior Account Executive
**Location**: Old Sanghavi
**Department**: Accounts
**Reports To**: Accounts Manager
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management**: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- **Business Development**: Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and building long-term relationships.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- **Client Communication**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- **Proposal & Contract Management**: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports on key metrics to management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
