**Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and increase brand awareness.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to build a strong online community.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content, to support marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing and communication, web content writing, social media marketing, and web analytics.
- Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to work effectively with a team and independently, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in the advertising and marketing industry is preferred.
