**Location
- Kolkata, West Bengal**

**Experience: At-least 5 years of relevant work experience**

**Educational Qualification (desired) - Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Social Sciences, or related field.**

**Skills : -**

**- Experience in data collection, analysis and production of reports**

**- Strong training & facilitation skills**

**- Proficient with all tools of the trade within Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)**

**- Rich experience with concept ideation marketing and presentation skills.**

**- Excellent team management, budget management and representation competencies**

**- A deadline, target driven individual with an eye for details with the ability to work independently and extremely driven to achieve high quality work**

**- Strong networking skills along with proven fundraising ability**

**- Should be a powerful storyteller through visual designs**

**Responsibilities**

** Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects. Overseeing the Preparation of official documents, reports, periodic statements and MIS Reports for the project and proactive communication with all stakeholders**

** Responsible for the brand’s visibility & engagement through different online and social media channels**
** Assist in the development of marketing and communications materials, i.e. Reports, brochures, flyers etc**
** Coordination and management of various aspects of the project**
** Overseeing the Preparation of official documents, reports, periodic statements and MIS Reports for the project and proactive communication with all stakeholders.**

** Implement and Monitor performance management system and MIS to ensure that each project's deliverable is constantly measured, reported, analyzed and improved.**
** Head a team of designers and content writers - strategizing monthly content strategies for press, social media and other digital channels**

** Provides Creative leadership for all visual, technical, and design concepts for marketing-related image and customer outreach programs to ensure quality control and consistency**

** Responsible to manage the creative team of graphic designers and video editors and make sure they are constantly inspired to develop new designs paying pragmatic attention to detail**

**Remuneration Range
- 3 to 4 lakhs**

**(Compensation package will be inline with qualification, experience and last salary drawn)**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
