We are hiring **Onboarding Specialist’s **with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience or Onboarding experience who will be ready to assists into high-volume onboarding for the US. **RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Responsible for receiving inbound and making outbound calls to new hires and guiding them on their onboarding.
- Manage daily schedules of onboarding up to 30+ new hires. Numbers may vary based on seasonal hiring.
- Perform administrative duties such as document verification, ordering online background checks/drug screens, documenting new hire’s assignment.
- Ensure all US compliance and regulatory guidelines are met.
- Efficiently navigate and document through tracking systems/tools
- Assist the team with internal audits and data requests.
- Provide administrative support for the full cycle hiring process.
- Commit to and meet weekly hiring needs for the organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned or necessary.
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are (Monday through Friday, Night Shift)
- Ability to support multiple time zones as needed (being a part of the global team)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR/Recruitment or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience or onboarding experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment (BPO experience is a plus, but not required)
- Experience with in house onboarding supporting US hiring in IT/Non IT roles will be an added advantage
- Excellent comprehension skills, Communication (Verbal and Written) skills, Negotiation skills and Presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including telephone etiquette.
- Preferred Experience in customer facing role,
- Motivated and persistent in meeting goals
- Work with integrity and high-level confidentiality with excellent attention to detail and exhibit professionalism
- Must be able to work in US hours - i.e. 6pm - 3:30am India Time
- Capable of working well under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
