Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
1. Conduct batch-wise quality checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

2. Perform chemical and microbiological testing to ensure product quality and safety.

3. Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Stability Testing:
1. Design and execute stability studies to determine product shelf life.

2. Monitor and analyze stability data to ensure product quality and safety.

Nutritional Analysis:
1. Determine nutritional content of products, including macronutrients, micronutrients, and allergens.

2. Develop and maintain nutritional labels and product specifications.

Regulatory Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GMP, FDA, and EU food safety standards.

2. Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines.

Documentation and Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control, stability testing, and nutritional analysis.

2. Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
