**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining the company’s data systems and reports, ensuring accurate and timely data analysis to support business decisions. This role includes automating routine reports, troubleshooting data systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes and ensure accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update customer and account data, both text-based and numerical, from source documents within set time limits.
- Compile and verify data accuracy, and sort and prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for errors or deficiencies, correct inconsistencies, and verify output.
- Research and retrieve missing information for incomplete documents.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data management systems.
- Prepare and submit the Monthly Maintenance Report (MMR) by gathering inputs from all departments.
- Manage and track daily overview reports.
- Maintain records of communication with external bodies and issue timely reminders for actions as needed.
- Liaise with the client’s HR and Operations team, finance teams for billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Analyse data trends and provide insights to support business operations and strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot issues within data systems.
- Support business processes by providing timely, accurate data analysis and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
