Job Title: Telecaller
Job Location: Ahmedabad
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services.
2. Explain the features and benefits of our services to customers.
3. Follow up on leads and conduct sales activities to close deals.
4. Handle customer queries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a tele-caller or similar customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to persuade and influence customers.
4. Good computer and typing skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. **Proficient in Hindi as well as Gujarati.**
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Education**:
