We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tool Maker with around 2-3 years experience to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Mould Manufacturing**: Take ownership in completing mould manufacturing & assemble according to designs, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- **Tool Maintenance and Repair**: Inspect existing tools, diagnose issues, and perform repairs or modifications as needed. Maintain a log of repairs and modifications for future reference.
- **Quality Control**: Verify the quality of tools through meticulous testing and measurements. Ensure that finished products meet the required specifications.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with designers and operators to understand tooling requirements and provide technical support. Collaborate with colleagues to improve existing tools and develop new ones.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of designs, repairs, and modifications. Update technical documentation as necessary.
- **Safety**:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and working with tools. Promote a culture of safety within the workplace.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tool Maker or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tool steels.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Precision and attention to detail in tool fabrication and repair.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot tooling issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
