Female- Graphic Designer

**Job Summary**

An exciting opportunity is up for grabs within our Digital Marketing Team A permanent full-time role as a Graphic Designer based at Lucknow.

Working within the WWC brand, the Graphic designer plays an important role in the marketing team, creating engaging designs to communicate the brand values and cover the depth of the WWC offering. This includes landing page designs, in-office assets & advertising, online banners, event promotion material, and social media posts.

Down to the detail, what will you do? We can talk more about that if this grabs you

Design
- Designing online banners (animated, rich media, and static)
- Design event promotional material for print and web
- Website landing pages
- Event promotion material
- Resizing and optimization of key graphics

Website Content Administration
- Updating content to keep image sizes low
- Improvements to complement a strong user experience

Social Media
- Creation of design work for social media and paid media, including animated and static assets

And to add to this:
Collaboration
- Work with marketing, SEO teams, and other key content roles in the business like the Content writer/specialist to develop new visual design concepts, graphics, and engaging landing page designs that deliver increased engagement and better CTR’s
- Contribute to and be an active member of the WWC community of best practices for Content, Social, and Marketing
- Build positive and effective relationships across all levels and functions of the organization to deliver required results
- Contribute to building a positive work environment within the team based on a shared commitment to WWC’s values and quality

Here’s our little bullet point list of what we need:

- Experience across Adobe suite; including In Design, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop. Experience with Adobe Suite is a no-brainer
- Demonstrable experience (at least 2 years) in the web domain
- Understanding of A/B testing of landing pages and banners
- Good knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail orientated and a love for new ideas
- Flair for creativity, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
