Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for a variety of purposes, including marketing materials, websites, social media, and print collateral.
- Produce original graphics and visual content that align with project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, or project managers to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Brainstorm and present design concepts that meet project goals and resonate with the target audience.
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs.
- Stay updated on the latest design tools and software advancements.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, fonts, and color schemes to align with the brand identity.
- Adhere to brand guidelines provided by clients or organizations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Coordinate with other team members, such as copywriters and marketing professionals, to integrate text and graphics effectively.
- Incorporate feedback from clients or project stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on constructive criticism.
- Create designs suitable for both print and digital media, considering different specifications and requirements.
- Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Source and edit images to enhance the visual appeal of designs.
- Manipulate photographs and graphics to fit specific design requirements.
- Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Infuse innovative and trending design elements into projects when appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, either through academic projects or professional work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of print production processes is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
