**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- ** Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Preparation, Monitoring, Financial Planning, Analysis, Budgeting and Monitoring.**
- **Fund Management (AP Budgeting, Day to Day expense), Working Capital Management.**
- **Banking - Working Capital Facility Renewal / Projections - Periodical Statements, Transaction Processing, CMA, Coordination, and interaction with Banks.**
- **Costing
- Allocation of Overheads, Product Cost Workings, Standard Costing Templates, TCM as well as SG&A Monitoring.**
- **RBI and MCA Compliance Monitoring.**
- **Financial Modelling for new business ventures, M&A etc.**
- **Organizing and preparing requisite presentation/documents for the Board of Directors and external Stakeholders.**

**Eligibility Criteria -**
- ** A minimum qualification of CA / MBA from a reputed university, with a 7-8 years’ of post qualification work experience.**
- **A proactive, hands-on strategic thinker who will assist senior management.**
- **Proven knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and general corporate laws.**
- **Age Preference: Not more than 40 years**
