**Qualification**: Any Graduate/ Diploma in Graphic Design, Commericial Art, or related

field.

**Experience**: 1+ yrs.

**Certification**: Must have experience in using Adobe Creative Suite (Including Photoshop),

CorelDRAW

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Ideation and Designing of various print materials including**:
b. Visual Aids
c. Product Literatures
d. Brochures & Catalogs
e. Cartons, Mono Cartons, and Labels
f. Blister and Strip Foils
g. Gift Boxes and Promotional Packaging
h. Inserts, Leaflets, and Packaging Stickers

2. Collaborate with Regulatory, QA/QC, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure all
designs are accurate, compliant, and ready for production.

3. Prepare print-ready files as per the specifications provided by different departments and
packaging vendors.

4. Work on need-based design tasks related to plant-level requirements such as internal
branding, equipment labeling, safety signs, etc.

5. Coordinate with external printers and packaging vendors for proofing, corrections, and
final output.

6. Working on Digital marketing Designs, Branding art-work, Video editing as and when
required.

7. Any other art-work related work as assigned by Reporting Head.
