**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**- Overall 10+ years of experience with min 5+ years of relevant experience in Power Automate Desktop / Cloud Flows, Power Apps Canvas and Model Driven App, and Data verse.
- Sound understanding of Power platform architecture, RBAC, DLP policies, Deployment mechanism.
- Oversee the support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and enhancement request on process that involves Power Automate Desktop / Cloud Flow, Canvas App, and Dataverse.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Identify areas for improvement in support processes and implement best practices.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions during enhancement requests.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, solutions, and best practices.
- Mentor and train junior support engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in code reviews based on defined best practices in power platform.
- Support Monitoring, Tracking and Reporting to stakeholders as needed
- Ready to work in Support Window (night shift up to 4 AM IST)
