Job Title: Customer Service Representative Ind/US

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Timings: 9 PM - 6 AM (US)

Experience: 1 + years of experience in Customer Service/experience.

Languages: English/Hindi

Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

Joining: Immediate

Kids from ages 5-14 years learn and play Chess while also giving them a competitive edge.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Should have an Experience of at least 1 year in Customer Service.

2. Should be willing to make Outbound calls and answer incoming calls confidently.

3. Should take the ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and proactively follow through to resolution in the given SLA.

4. Should ensure all customers queries are well-investigated and resolved.

5. Develop a professional relationship with customers by building a good rapport.

6. Co-ordinate & provide feedback to the internal team for faster resolution.
