**Position Overview**:
The Circular Loom Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining circular looms in the production of woven packaging materials such as sacks, bags, and other woven products used in bulk packaging. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the looms, monitoring product quality, and achieving production goals efficiently. The Circular Loom Operator plays a key role in producing high-quality woven fabrics used for packaging in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Circular Loom Operation**:

- Operate circular looms for the weaving of bulk packaging materials, ensuring they meet specified size, weight, and fabric type.
- Adjust machine settings and controls to ensure efficient and consistent weaving of materials.
- Monitor and maintain the loom’s operation, ensuring that production runs smoothly without interruptions or issues.
- **Quality Control and Inspection**:

- Inspect the finished woven products for quality, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Identify any defects or irregularities in the fabric such as weaving defects, broken threads, or color inconsistencies.
- Make necessary adjustments to the loom to resolve issues and maintain consistent quality.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on circular looms, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts as needed.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues such as mechanical malfunctions or stoppages, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address more complex machinery issues.
- **Production Monitoring**:

- Monitor the machine’s performance to ensure it operates within desired parameters, such as speed, tension, and efficiency.
- Maintain records of production output, including the quantity of materials produced, any downtimes, and quality checks.
- Ensure that production targets are met in a timely manner while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area to prevent accidents or product contamination.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience in operating circular looms, ideally in the bulk packaging or têxtile industry.
- Knowledge of loom machine settings, adjustments, and troubleshooting techniques.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and operate machinery effectively.
- Ability to work in a factory environment, often in conditions with high noise levels and machinery vibrations.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Strong attention to detail for detecting defects or irregularities in the weaving process.
- Quick thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve operational issues with mínimal downtime.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and other operators.
- Ability to follow instructions, record data accurately, and report any operational issues.
- **Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in têxtile machinery operation is an advantage.
- Previous experience operating circular looms or similar weaving machinery is highly preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- The position involves working in a production environment with exposure to noise, heat, and machinery.
- Shift work may be required, including evenings, weekends, or overtime depending on production demands.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
